certain news reader speaks the beginning of a sentence loud and clear, but it becomes increasingly weaker and becomes unintelligible.

Bring back the old app, I can’t read my news, the old app was much much better, bring back the old app, please. Thank you.
OMG so bad it’s laughable
Messy and hard to navigate. Somewhere along the line the BBC lost its identity by trying to be more than a source of accurate news. Not sure who is running the outfit but I know who is running from it.

Crashing
Crashes after opening and playing first few seconds of news. If Bbc News app is open in the background then when opening Bbc World Service it will stop playing if the the screen is turned off. iOS 12.5.7 iPhone 6
