Good day! Can you please assist me with my BDO online app. I just recently switched app and I’ve been waiting for mins for my BDO online app to load even though I have a stable internet connection.

This app is just annoying, makes us change passwords before we could use it again it should be an option and not mandatory, and that’s on top of some features that are not working. BDO always finds ways to annoy it’s client!

worst app. i have lots of transaction error

This is really annoying. I can’t add my new device to my bdo banking due to NO OTP received after replying to 2256 for adding a new device. Tried it multiple times and still the same! BDO can you do something?!

Still can’t open my account even I changed my mobile number.

You created a new app only to show an error message. How stup!d that is. Mula noon hanggang ngayon napaka jurrasic ng system nyo. Mga muka kasing pera mga nasa management nyo. Even taking advantage of employees. Tama lang na makakuha kayo ng 1 star rating for thệ useless app.

Sobrang bulok talaga ng bdo nakakaiyak, sobrang hindi siya user friendly and sobrang daming kulang sa navigation on how to report with your concerns
