IF I CAN GIVE ZERO STARS, I WILL. APP LOOKS FAKE, LOOKS LIKE SOMEONES GONNA TAKE YOUR MONEY LITTLE BY LITTLE. THIS IS MY ONLY APP THAT IT’S SLOW TO OPEN. IT’S 2023, UP TO TODAY THIS APP STILL NO FACE ID. HONESTLY, WHO EVER MADE YOUR APP, NEEDS TO UPGRADE THEIR KNOWLEDGE, IT IS SO HASTLE TO ENTER YOUR FREACKIN PASSWORD EVERYTIME LOGGING IN. SO OUTDATED! HONEST OPINION GUYS.

Was able to rest my password on the website, but still not able to login on their app!

I need to try and try before I get an OTP when opening my account both mobile and desktop. OTP Generator in the app is not even working. Like seriously? Do I need to line up too to get an OTP to open my account?

Hi can someone help me with this. I dont have my old phone number since I change my sim card. Other than OTP is there any other way to open my online banking ?

Tried multiple times. Never received OTP at all. Tried day or night. None worked. Top bank but garbage mobile tool. Website does not work well either.

You are the top bank in the philippines but when using your app you are the worst . Everytime I try to log in it always show we are maintenance im sorry. I never experience that to a company every single they are on maintenance.

Please fix your mobile banking app. You’re the top bank company but have the worst mobile banking app.

I was asked to enter my OTP that was sent to my phone number, I entered it couple of times but still saying that ive entered it wrong. I tried to copy and paste it as well and still not working. Ridiculous!
