Crappy App
NEED HELP! I logged in to the Mobile App (BDO Unibank) and I'm 100% certain that I entered the correct password, but I'm getting an error message. So I downloaded your new Mobile App (BDO Online), and now I'm locked out even if I entered the correct username and password. I am trying to reset my password and it's requiring me to enter my username and the last 4 digits of my account or card number. Again I'm 100% sure that I entered the correct information but it's telling me that USERNAME and Last 4 digits do not match.
I tried resetting my password and now I’m getting an error prompt “INVALID USER ID”, how come the same account name was locked out but now it’s an INVALID user ID. If it’s INVALID then why was I lovked out earlier.
I'm out of the country and really need to transfer money. PLEASE HELP!

OTP generator doesn’t work on app
As per title, the the otp generator doesn’t do anything when you click on the symbol. Please fix.

As an OFW I’ve been sending money to my BDO account and I’ve been using this app for Many years now, it does the job like I can easily check my balance, transfer money from my account to another account through the app, that’s all I need for now. Sometimes it may require you to reset your PW which is given for security purposes and I have done so as well (twice). So far it’s working fine. Kudos to the designers/Eng team — you may want to check other banking apps for improvements :)

Shame on BDO for having this system of banking invest in your online banking or you’ll start to lose customers due to frustration

App doesn't work in my new phone. It always says "Site Under Maintenance"
Poor Support and User Experience
BDO DO NOT find ways. Poor In Customer User Experience and Support. Chat support is bot and non sense without having wat to chat to human. OTP is being accepted here but it always shows under maintenance…for what more than 3 mos? And then downloaded BDO online it does not send OTP to my number. Does it have different and unsync system? Please respond to my follow up emails.
