I keep on trying to login but i do not receive an OTP. Useless app

Damn always under maintenance, improve this app, haist, really disappointed

i cant even log in it says incorrect username and or password when i am using the same username and password when logging in to the online website…

For 3 months now, the app displays under maintenance after OTP is entered.

i cant activate my app on the same device ive been using. whats wrong

It’s been weeks and I’m still unable to do bank transfer because I’m not getting OTC on my phone.

It keeps giving me an error check device date which the date on my device is accurate. First time downloading the application im very disappointed. I do understand when it comes to security so otp is understandable however if your application doesn't work things doesn't make sense. Before advertising it make sure its working fine

I downloaded latest update of your app and I’m using an iPhone 11 promax. The app does not support face ID and still showing the thumbprint login option. Is it just me or what?

The app was forever unavailable and inaccessible! I’m running a full WIFi at home but every time when trying to login to it, it’s prompted me my internet connection was lost and there was always problem connecting to the APP after the update ! And the website was congested since 2 days ago not only payday ! Please increase the server amount to accommodate billions users in Philippines !

Seriously, during this pandemic, they made this app unavailable? How can i get OTP? I just updated my iOS version and i’ve never jailbroken my phone. When I previously used it, this app is too slow as well. This is the worst ever banking app I’ve used.
