How is it possible that one of the most popular airlines in E. Asia could have such a pathetic unusable app? Fix it please. Maybe get help from the folks who designed the Vietnam Airlines app? (Or any of the others because they all work…this one doesn’t)
You can’t use it to do online check in, you can’t use it to buy any upgrades or extras, you can’t use it to buy round trip flights, basically it’s just a waste of space in your smartphone.
Needs to add airline ticket to Apple wallet
Nothing work properly on smartphone. Need really to update
I rarely write reviews but thought I’d save some time for you peeps. After downloading the app, first open just froze so it doesn’t work.

Belle application que ne fonctionne jamais 🤨.A chaque fois que nous abois utilisé, on a du tout recommencé au moin 4 fois avant que cela fonctionne et souvent on finissait par allé directement sur le site web. Application fait pour décourager les consommateurs
App opens but displays no information at all.
