VietJet Air

I’m well versed in airline apps as I travel all over the world and this is the dumbest most useless app I have ever used. No option to switch to English, can’t check status of flight, can’t check in. Makes sense as this is the worst airline I have ever flown with and that’s saying something because I have flown air Canada a lot. Useless app, useless airline. Next time I’m paying extra to avoid this airline at all cost

Cant check reservation code on the app , was told to download it by agent because it wasn’t working on their website either

How is it possible that one of the most popular airlines in E. Asia could have such a pathetic unusable app? Fix it please. Maybe get help from the folks who designed the Vietnam Airlines app? (Or any of the others because they all work…this one doesn’t)

You can’t use it to do online check in, you can’t use it to buy any upgrades or extras, you can’t use it to buy round trip flights, basically it’s just a waste of space in your smartphone.

Needs to add airline ticket to Apple wallet

Nothing work properly on smartphone. Need really to update

I rarely write reviews but thought I’d save some time for you peeps. After downloading the app, first open just froze so it doesn’t work.
