The workout plan is split into 4 levels. Each level has a specific goal for jogging duration:

* Level 1 goal is 20 minutes.
* Level 2 goal is 30 minutes.
* Level 3 goal is 40 minutes.
* Level 4 goal is 60 minutes of running.

Each level has a 4-weeks duration, and 3 workouts per week.

I've used a few different running apps, but this app's simple, no frills interface is great. You can customize your starting level to suit your personal endurance.

I ran for over 40 years and then had to quit for about five. So I wanted to get back into Running and found that this is actually a perfect app. I put my earphones on, my phone in a fanny pack and just listen to the prompts for what I need to do. I have repeated some of the workouts instead of advancing on since I want to take it slow. I highly recommend this app.
