Body weight problem
I really the bergs movement app. Every thing is really well explained and the guide vids make the app ez to use. I give it a 4 because I still feel like the body weight foundation workout I’m doing now (the one for absolute beginners) is still kind of hard especially because I’m overweight and had a shoulder surgery one year ago. So I’d say maybe sonder you could add an other more accessible body weight foundation workout for people that are overweight or even slightly obese. Other wise thank you for this app, I already see a lot of improvement in my body’s strength and flexibility even though I’ve started 2 weeks ago.
