Exercise loop endlessly
I’m trying out the free version. The exercises seem good but I’m not sure about the app. The exercises just loop endlessly with no indication of when to stop or how many reps to do. Am I supposed to set a separate timer? If so, it seems to defeat the purpose of having an app.
My go-to for calisthenics
Sondre was my 1-2-1 coach when it came to hand balancing and under his guidance I made really good advancements in a short amount of time.
This app has allowed me to continue to train and work on my skillset in an affordable and easily digested manner.
