Best Calisthenics App
I have used many Calisthenics apps, but Berg movement is definitely the best I have used so far.
There is huge variety of exercises and skills like handstand, press to handstand, planche etc. There are also programs on mobility and hypertrophia.
The progressions to acquire these skills are really well crafted and the explanations are great. Sondre has a website that helps you to deep dive on the skills, as well as a forum where you can ask for any help you might need
