With the passage of time they are adding new service charges, like processing fee, delivery charges etc. There was a time the delivery was free. It is no more.
Delivery fraud
Big basket is running a fraud in india, unripe fruits and vegetables, expired food items are being sent. They have no control on delivery mechanism where the instant delivery app delivers order after 6 hours. That is totally unacceptable and when you try to escalate there is no one to answer your query. Help section is a joke and all lazy or untrained people work who dont care about solving the queries instead gives you pre typed one liner response every time you ask. Overall worst customer care award goes to big basket.

As packaging place a crusial role. Work on packing the items with the brand image

The app is so bad it keeps freezing even on the latest high end iPhone If it wasn’t for their better prices their terrible and design tech would have ended them long back Feels like I am using a 90s website and at that speed When nature basket app is better than you; you know you should be ashamed of your tech

The delivery is pathetic they show order will be delivered in 15 mins and it takes 50 mins to deliver a order . They campaign ads and shows they deliver the order in 10 mins and i have a history that they always have taken 20 to 25 mins to deliver a product I am so fed up with your delivery and your customer support both are pathetic you should just shut down your business if you can’t fulfil your promise and deliver the goods on time .
