Having issues with login for few days. All trouble shooting not working… Wasting my time. Hope this get solved soon by the App developper

Could not top up money after card renewal

After renewing my bigpay card, i could not top up money with the same credit card that I’ve been using for top up every time. It shows no error message and the 3d authentication closes itself every time I tried to top up. Still waiting for the app to be fixed. Every time I launches the app, a message saying my card will be printed soon will display at the bottom of the screen even though I’ve already registered my new card and I’m currently actively using it for purchases. *Update* I tried logging in to bigpay with a different device, and I used the same credit card that I’ve been using all this time to top up, I tried topping up rm10 and it works for the first time. But when I tried the second time immediately it failed. I’ve contacted customer service and they kept telling me to contact my bank/credit card company or use a different method, I’ve tried 2 different foreign credit cards and one Malaysian debit card, they all failed. If I could top up the first time I strongly believed this has nothing to do with my credit card. I hope this issue is fixed soon. Thank you

Customer support system is not very good

Why are there no notifications for when you are messaging customer support? I’ve had so many tickets closed simply because I look away while waiting for a response and they wind up waiting for me in return. This is such a bad system especially when you’re dealing with time sensitive issues. The people behind customer support themselves I have no real problem with, it’s the app that feels very clubky and non user friendly.

Top Up Pending

Why top up service suddenly pending? I already out of money for now due to all top up pending. I need to do payment at shopping mall. Last time apps crashed, now top up pending. Please do upgrade your service. Thank you.
