1. To be able get 5% off Air Asia products, we need to pay use BigPay card. To use the card, we need top up direct transfer bank to else the charge fee is high. If we use other app, disc is applicable for credit card too.
2. I booked ticket thru the apps, paid also from app directly. All the sudden when I checked my balance, there is cross border transaction fee. Which is unacceptable, my location in Malaysia, currency use MYR, and during paid, I didn’t see it till clicked inside found out this transaction fee.
This is not about the amount, but about how can we trust BigPay as Finance app if there is not transparency fee to be paid by customers.
I reported the issue since 4th but simply no solution.
