The App has no issue and its working. its a situation beyond my control and even the Bikelink. I have been using Bikelink for over 10 years and i still believe my bike will always be secured and safe.

I think the app is great. That’s why I gave it 5 ⭐️’s. However I just wish y’all could make it compatible for Apple Watch too instead of it just being for the iPhone cause I forget that I need my phone out to unlock the locker and I already had put my phone away. So now you know I got to get my phone again just to unlock the locker. But other than that I think the app is great. Can y’all please do this for the update!!

Too buggy. It won't even let me make an account. Better off getting a reloadable card because this app is living in 2011.

Great service, only gripe is I wish it were possible to add a Bikelink card to the Apple Wallet (or use Clipper card when stored there), so that I can use it when offline without the physical card.

Was very excited to find this app and be able to see locker availability and also pay through the app. Today was my first time using the service and I had no issues opening and locking up my bike in the locker. However, when I went to retrieve my bike the app would not open the door. I had to try calling the customer service line 3 times (twice getting put on hold and hung up on). The agent on the phone was very helpful when I finally got to them. It took me 40min from when I got back to the locker to when I was finally able to get it open and get my bike with a manual code from customer service—the app never worked to open it. My phone had Bluetooth enabled and was in range of the locker and the open door button would not activate. I will continue to use the service as the bike lockers are amazing but I will only be using the app to look at locations and availabilities. I will be ordering a physical payment card to make sure I don’t get stuck like this again!

Works well in Seattle! I think having the app mentioned on the bikelink lockers would be great.

The app is great but I can’t the door to open with my phone when I want to get my bike out of the locker. I can get the door to open with no card needed to put my bike in. I had to wait 30 minutes till I had to use someone else’s phone to open the app. Called customer service and they told me to make sure my Bluetooth is o, which is was. I don’t know what’s the problem with opening the door to get my bike and end the rental.

ran into your employee at the bikelink lockers in sf who told me to download the app. So glad I did, having the map in this app instead of needing to go on the website to see it makes such a big difference. So glad there’s an app now, and that it seems to work well! 😎

Card should be linked. For those of us with chip cards, the app is basically useless other than to check availability. We should be able to check $$ balance and add funds to the card via the app. The technology to connect the cards is not that difficult. Could be an angle to gain more profit, since use of the app to rent lockers likely results in more rental time than using the card (w/card it starts only when you open the door; w/card people tend to rent in advance).

So thankful to have a safe spot to store my bike— now I can get back to bike commuting again! What the heck took me so long to make an account and use this amazing service??!!
