One of the Crypto buyer. Said he sent the money to my mobile account yet he never did but when I contacted the customer support, never help me . My first time to use this app and lost my money and they try to didn’t help at all. I hate it
Merchant dishonesty
I initiated a mobile top up and the funds were received by the merchant, however I didn’t receive the top up it’s self, therefore I lost trust in such transactions
