Low security transaction
Dear Binance Support, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the way this P2P transaction and the related appeal were handled. As a user, I expected Binance to provide a secure environment where transactions are monitored, controlled, and supported in case of issues. Unfortunately, this experience has demonstrated that your platform lacks clear protection policies for sellers. Despite providing video proof, transaction history, and all required evidence, I received no compensation or support. The burden is entirely placed on the user, with no real enforcement on the buyer’s side. The result is a significant financial loss for me, and Binance has simply closed the case without guaranteeing any solution. Your P2P system gives a false sense of security. Policies and risk controls are not clearly explained, and users are left feeling unprotected and unsupported in critical situations. Due to this extremely disappointing experience, I will be permanently closing my Binance account and will not recommend this platform to anyone. I urge Binance to reconsider how it handles disputes and to seriously improve user protection, transparency, and communication. A platform of this size must do better.
