Can’t log in
Haven’t been able to log in for weeks on end as can’t reset passcode ‘system currently unavailable, please try again’. Need access but they clearly don’t care. Update one month on; still despite updating the app I can’t log in to make a payment or use my account. Can’t do anything on the phone as can’t confirm details to my account!! Absolutely ridiculous. Would email in but no email address!! The app developer has asked me to clear cache / cookies on my device. You know it’s an issue when you are being asked to do this as this is on safari which is nothing to do with the app. Using an iPhone 15 pro max (the latest iPhone) on iOS 17.5.1 (the latest software). When I call up I am being told staff are aware of app issues, this has been the case for 7 weeks and counting. Fix your app and I can make a payment, the fact it’s not working is not my fault.
