Can’t log in
Haven’t been able to log in for weeks on end as can’t reset passcode ‘system currently unavailable, please try again’. Need access but they clearly don’t care. Update one month on; still despite updating the app I can’t log in to make a payment or use my account. Can’t do anything on the phone as can’t confirm details to my account!! Absolutely ridiculous. Would email in but no email address!!
The app developer has asked me to clear cache / cookies on my device. You know it’s an issue when you are being asked to do this as this is on safari which is nothing to do with the app. Using an iPhone 15 pro max (the latest iPhone) on iOS 17.5.1 (the latest software). When I call up I am being told staff are aware of app issues, this has been the case for 7 weeks and counting. Fix your app and I can make a payment, the fact it’s not working is not my fault.

Had Bip few year now an it’s never let me down the apps always worked fine an customer service has always answered promptly if ever I needed them ..easy to make payments in installments or by direct debit an best of all I don’t have to carry a card around as it’s virtual also can use abroad with no exchange fees

Making payment to card is a nightmare
You have to leave the app to authorise payment from your payment card company and when you come back you have to log in again, and you get stuck in a loop and have to do it all again.

Been useless so far!
Opened a new account and they blocked my first purchase and put it down as fraud. Been trying to sort it out over their online chat but the customer service is so slow and they’re acting as if I don’t have better things to do or that I might be busy myself. They take so long to reply that I’m busy doing something else. Then they cancel the conversation. And I’ve got to start all over again. Customer service takes about 10 mins per message to respond. Really bad so far. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Account under review
They placed my account under review after I tried making a purchase. I contacted them multiple times and was told to wait for them to contact me about it. It’s been a month and no contact.. can’t even log in to my app. Very weird.
