Updated app won’t let me sign in. Keeps saying Oops something went wrong! Please try again. Tried 5 times already. A reliably unreliable app. Had it for almost 2 years and this is just the latest issue. Do not recommend.

Terrible app - always logs you out and now won’t let me log back in, keeps going to the sign in screen. Have updated and still doesn’t work. Will definitely not be purchasing another Bissell in the future.
How can I even count the ways this app and my spin wave vac fail on me every single day? This has been such a waste of time and money. The time I have spent trying to get the mop to function, I could have just mopped my floors each day. The app allows you to make “keep out zones” but these randomly reset so you can’t rely on them and find your vacuum going somewhere you have set it not to go. So disappointing.
I was already a Bissell fan as I have a Crosswave Max but I love this robot machine. I had no trouble loading or using the app and it mapped my house without a hitch. It does tend to fall into the shower if I don’t block it with something fairly heavy but I don’t regard that as a ‘fault’. The bin on the mop attachment is small so I recommend pausing the mop after about 15 minutes, emptying the bin and changing the mopping pads.
Very happy with the results, cleaned in places normally hard to get to. It doesn’t always connect to the wifi at home, but is easy to manually set. Amount of fluff and dirt it picks up is amazing.
Map can go missing while editing (deleting app and reinstalling fixed it). Other than that, the update has been good. However there is now only one moveable corner on zones which makes editing a bit more time consuming.
This app is slow and clunky. It looks and feels like you’re using windows xp. The app doesn’t actually do anything at all, it doesn’t show battery, it doesn’t map, it doesn’t show where the robot vac is if it’s lost, it doesn’t alert if there is an issue. Seriously, other than collecting personal data , what is the point of this app?
I am pleasantly surprised at my new Spinwave R5, bought it for the mopping function only and at this price point it gets the job done quite well. It doesn’t do edges or close to rugs and kick-boards and it helps if you start with a relatively clean floor, but it does an excellent job freshening floor areas to keep it looking great! My floor is hardwood and porcelain tiles. Streaking is at minimum and I use the Bissell Floor Sanitise with good results. However. The Bissell App is buggy and crude and leaves a lot to be desired. If Bissell want to venture into the Robot market they need to improve their sluggish outdated basic app. As well, Customer service is overseas and practically non-existent with overseas operators simply passing messages on that barely get returned and only after having to chase, chase, chase. Overall the mopping function on this little robot is excellent, great value and the best in the market at this price-point once you figure out the app which holds no settings - and if you are ok with chasing customer service then you’ll be good to go so yes I do recommend this product.
Thoroughly disappointed not only with the spin wave robo vac but also the app that goes along with it. Robot constantly gets confused, maps every use and the app always looses connectivity to the vacuum and does not update or show cleaning paths. Also seems to have a lot of server issues. Would not recommend.
After setting up the app & connecting device to wifi & the app, when turned on its not registering on the app. Says it’s offline??
