If you ever have this app, delete it it will after three days or so or more. You’ll see it to sit you’ll see it saying sign in sign up. You already have it. It’s terrible terrible It’s totally useless.

This is a great machine and keeps the floors cleaner than mopping. I wish the battery lasted a little longer but I just have to split the job into 2 efforts and it’s fine. Make sure to clean it out after you are done and it will run and run!

I’ve had 4-5 different machines that are bissell products and I’ve been very impressed with how they handle each situation with each machine I’ve had issues with! Better than what Dyson has done for the 2 machines I’ve had!

Wet mop wont work anymore with maybe using it 7-10 times in a year

This is the only app I have on my phone that I have to sign in to every time I want to use it. Huge inconvenience. Please fix this

What’s the point of the app if when there’s an error I can’t pause it so I don’t have to hear continuous beeping from the other room?

One of the best things I’ve ever bought. We can’t have pets because of allergies. She’s like a member of the family. It’s an event every time we “let Chomper eat!” Everyone runs to go pick up everything up off of the floor. Like a dream.

I think the app could be updated a bit for ease of signing in

I've been using this robot for almost two years now, and while it gets the job done, there are a few areas that could use improvement: 1. Mapping and Learning Capabilities: The robot doesn't really learn or map out the areas it's cleaning. It seems to lack the ability to adapt and optimize its cleaning path over time. 2. Gets Stuck Easily: It often gets stuck in places it shouldn't. The product brochure claims it's sensitive to certain heights, but in reality, it fails to recognize areas it should avoid, leading to frequent interruptions. Overall, it works, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
