Very bad experience with the service
I was in Lido Venice for 1 day and someone suggested me to use scooter in Lido but the whole day was a disaster for be because of the super poor user experience both on the app and service. Adding 5 euro on my account to get 1hr service I ended up search for scooter with enough battery charge! The whole hour passed and I couldn’t stay on one scooter for 2-3min and had to change so many times! During all these called customer service and there was no one answer, wrote an email the same day get no response and the after followed up still no answer and they replied to me after a week saying they can’t help because that specific package was passed (I couldn’t stop the package because it activates automatically after you purchase! Don’t even think about trying this app and service, it’s scam!
