Wanna find a great scooter company and in a hurry to register? Look literally anywhere else! This app is insane for asking you to take a picture of your license, front and back, and then requires you to take a picture of yourself. Wait - you’re not done! It will then try to judge via terrible AI whether or not you match your ID. Spoiler: you won’t. Skip this app, save yourself time.

Takes entirely too long to set up. You shouldn't need a DL to rent a scooter. Any other rentable scooter takes seconds to start up. Wouldn't have used it at all if we weren't stranded with no other options.

I’ve been trying to get around Florence for the past day and a half this app won’t even let me register my information to use anything i’ve tried multiple different emails and trying to use a different phone number nothing will work

This is the worst app I have ever used. Sadly, this is the ONLY app for scooter rentals in my location. Updates to fix bugs create more bugs. I don't know who the developers are, but they should reconsider their job choice.

I was so excited to scooter around but ended up not being able to use the app because it needed too much information. Why does it need my social security number that is absurd. Better off using apps like Bird Scooter that I know are reliable and don’t need extremely private information such as SSN. So ridiculous!

Burocracia extrema para fazer o cadastro, pedem um milhão de informações inclusive fotos de documentos que ficam pendentes de avaliação e não libera o equipamento na hora! Os concorrentes são muito mais simples de se utilizar!

Maybe the worst app I’ve ever use. None of the screens work and every error message you could get keeps popping up. It was a waste of time to enter in all my information and documents just to have this not work at all.

App worked great, and bike was super cheap - charged only 12 euros for a nearly 3 hour rental (with lots of breaks). The app should definitely display the cost you’ve accrued during your ride, as otherwise you’re just guessing how much it’ll cost by the end. Overall the signup and rental went very smooth and would recommend.

The reviews are unfortunately right, can’t sign up.

The app doesn’t work, most likely a scam to get your info. Do not waste your time.
