Reliable

Been using Bitdefender for a few years now. I have found the software responsive and fast to identify any concerns. I have, over the past year experienced a few glitches but I must say their team is knowledgeable troubleshooting any issues or questions one might have. They are quick to respond (at all hours) and follow up to make sure you are satisfied. Strongly recommend them.

Simplement - Le meilleur

Lorsqu’on veux avoir l’esprit en paix concernant tous les appareils connectés sur le réseau, il n’y a pas mieux que Bitdefender et ceux à tous les niveaux, utiliser la Box2 est un plus.

Inconsistent across products

I have both BitdefenderVPN, a network license that came with my home wifi and Bitdefender Internet security. Each of the products is trying to upswell me to products I already have, including Birdefender central on my iOS devices. The worst part is it looks like they would happily take my money a second time for what I’ve already paid for. While all the products work well enough, the constant moronic upsell attempts are really annoying enough for me to cancel all their products and get something else instead.

Very bad

I’ll give two stars because it is still technically usable, but it is so buggy it almost isn’t. The UI is hideously unresponsive to the point I now know I must wait a few seconds after I tap anywhere before I try again, or I might suddenly see the same thing selected multiple times and get stuck watching the menu open and close as many times as I tried tapping while it was unresponsive. For all the beautifully fluid free apps out there, I’m shocked this is the software I’m provided as part of a paid service.

Not worth it IMO

I have been using Norton for years. However I decided to switch for a change. I definitely wasn’t happy about the “features” like the VPN that has a limit? 🤷‍♂️ Then you have to download the BitdefenderVPN app and you get 200mb free but anymore and you have to pay more! I definitely don’t think I’ll be resubscribing in the future…

App is very slow when scrolling down , even clicking things sometimes does nothing will surely delete the app (tested on iPhone 11 Pro)
