There is something very badly wrong with all of these apps
This application isn’t even remotely responding whatsoever it’s like the entire application has totally failed This app isn’t even working at all nothing but a black screen with black lines running across the black screen and I have even told your mobile security app that something is very very badly attacking everything the mobile app wouldn’t even respond at all and the vpn app to I had to fully reboot my phone and this still hasn’t fixed the problems going on And I also meant to add I received a email saying that this app was going to be getting major updates and I certainly haven’t seen anything like this with this app I have sent so many countless reports to support and all about the same exact issues and nothing has been resolved whatsoever and this has really become a really ridiculous situation because the web browser protection keeps telling me that I have to purchase web browser protection when I have a full premium subscription and I also already have a few months left on my original mobile subscription and not one single thing has ever been resolved and I don’t get who you can pay for web browser protection and a vpn subscription for the same exact product and you are directly to turn on web browser protection when I thought that is also what a vpn connection was also meant to be doing as well helping protect your information and even your web browsing I find this very frustrating that from one app to the other is redirecting users to use multiple different apps and after my experience with certain internet service providers using a new technology or software that is actually without user’s knowledge cutting off all of our vpn services and maybe even internet security services and I have sent this to your support team about who I’m referring to and I even have the information to prove what is going on
Everyone should have Bitdefender
I had some complications with my phone, since having Bitdefender, my phone is scanned and protected on a regular basis and picks up on irregular data and phishing. It’s blocks away phishing immediately.
Great tool - needs refining
Love Bitdefender and it’s products. This portal/control centre has lots of potential. Some things are a little bit pointless and some functionality is lacking. But overall, can’t go wrong with BitDefender.

App Crashes Right Away
I’m a bit disappointed with Bitdefender. I’ve been a paid user for several years and now none of the mobile apps are working.
Just updated to the latest version of the app and it crashes right away.
Also having issues logging in to Mobile Security.
