Remove user
Created two users for one person by mistake and attached device to them. Then moved one device to the first user. Second user empty but not possible to remove. Users can be added but removed!?
Not best support-except for through Twitter
I contacted them in order to get info on renewal of my account and also to get their VPN-service. I asked-as the chat documentation proves-if I could use the VPN on my computers aswell as on mu iPhone even if I did the purchase through AppStore. The answer was ”yes”. However-it didn’t work. And their support had no interrest in solving the problem. Since it is their staff who caused tvis problem any decent company would either provide a complimentary subscription for Mac or give a refund. Bitdefender did neither. Not until I contacted them on Twitter I got an answer from someone who actually knows what they are selling. Seems that if you-like me-have two macbook pro 2018 Bitdefender thinks it is one and not two devices. After logging out and then in it worked. If their online support had known this it would have saved a lot if time and effort for me AND them. So: Bitdefender program itself: 4 points. Online support:-3.
Dont upgrade. Crashes!
