The slowest app on the App Store.
The app takes an unreasonable amount of time to load and run. Despite numerous updates, this issue has not been resolved and is highly frustrating. I cannot recommend using Bit Defender.

The app doesn’t allow edits to Box 2 even if connected to box
The app is faulty and doesn’t recognise that it is connected to a bit defender box. Am unable to change any default settings of the box. The customer support is bad. They have acknowledged the problem. But aren’t willing to provide any resolution even after 3 months.

It’s very informative and you see the progress in front of your screen .
Excellent though expensive
I have used Bitdefender for a few years now after migrating from other protective software. The app has helped me quite a bit and I suspect it has got me addicted too. I still feel it is pricey though.
