Your apps are terrible and so confusing that I had to delete my account with you. Use Malwarebytes Privacy instead, their VPN works better!
It just doesn’t work with iOS
I simply had to switch to the mobile security to be able to use the vpn. Please check this out.

Doesn’t Work As Advertised
Bitdefender VPN doesn’t provide the service it promises. Purchasing a subscription doesn’t allow you to use Bitdefender VPN on multiple devices. When I contacted their customer support about receiving an activation code to use on my laptop, they wouldn’t provide me one despite me providing them with details of my Apple receipt. Prior to purchasing my subscription, their customer support had told me that a subscription purchased via Apple would allow me to be able to use Bitdefender VPN on multiple devices.
