The best VPN
Excellent and very easy to use.The most secure and user friendly interface I have ever used.
Does not work well on slow Wi-Fi
I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve had to disconnect the BitdefenderVPN because it is has slowed the connection speed down so much that the browser times-out. It’s especially unreliable on networks with slower speeds, say less than 10mb/s But disconnect from BitDefender, and the sites work as expected. Even streaming YouTube videos works well So when you are away from home and want a secure connection, don’t rely on this VPN.
Great…… when it works
This could have been such Great app, but it keeps failing so I have to reinstall. When I reinstall it adds an already licensed phone to the list of licenses in bitdefender central, so I run out of licenses. In bitdefender central it identifies every phone as ‘iPhone’, so I don’t know which one of my phones I am removing the license for. This should all be fixable, but….
Kill Switch doesn’t work
Repeatedly drops the VPN connection without killing all connectivity per kill switch design. Fix it!!

iPhone 16pro max WiFi/vpn issues
Had no issues with vpn on iPhones 13,14 & 15. But have issues with my iPhone 16 pro max, iOS 18.3 VPN keeps on blocking?? WiFi. Have had to remove BD VPN until it’s resolved between apple and your selves
Too many problems with other apps
I’ve switched to Nord VPN as Bitdefender is now rubbish! Bitdefender doesn’t work with its own separate mobile security application, so can’t turn web protection on in that. It also causes problems with the Apple Mail application regarding sending/receiving emails, as well as with the Ring app to view your security cameras - Nord vpn works fine with both. Too many problems with this bitdefender app, which is concerning when you would think a security app would be more advanced in its implementation and use.

Too many problems with this app, which is concerning when you would think a security app would be more advanced in its implementation and use.
