Subscribed to premium to cover my IPhone and Mac, doesn’t work in my Mac Mini and support doesn’t know why! Don’t trust this!!

With the new update, you need to uninstall and reinstall via bitdefender. Would have been nice if they told us tho

Great application with great functionality. Unfortunately, have to rate at a 3/5 instead of 4/5 or higher due to repeat soliciting of app reviews. Those who also keep getting prompted on reviews for apps whenever resetting your device or obtaining a new device, I would encourage downgrading your reviews as well to show that soliciting constant reviews is a negative impact to customer satisfaction. Not sure which side is setting this prompt, ie. Apple or the app developers/company.

For some reason this VPN blocks logging into some hotel loyalty accounts. To login IHG AND HHonors and some other sites, you have to turn off the VPN. The VPN that was included in the BitDefender mobile security app I did not block these logins.

Hey BitdefenderVPN users - someone else explain iPhone iOS 17.4.1 protocol dictates device VPN for use. I have been a subscriber for many years but this package is worthless on iPhone. You must sacrifice Total Security to run premium VPN services on iPhone which makes no sense because they are two different protocols. One is anti-virus and the other is effectively cloaking software for browsing. Bitdefender is adamant you cannot run both at the same time but they fail to disclose that it’s only true on iOS devices. iMac and MacBook Pro run Bitdefender Total Security for Mac and BitdefenderVPN simultaneously without a glitch unless secure 2-Factor Auth required per site.

Bitdefender itself has VPN but why do we need another one. It’s completely useless plus you can only have one VPN on iPhone. If you want a different VPN you have to turn off your current VPN to use another.We don’t need VPN cause it’s rare to have a virus on phone (except android) sorry BDV (BitDefender VPN )

Totally useless. The VPN renders my internet connection completely useless. I have it on my PC as well and it does the same thing. It doesn’t simply make everything slow, it stops all access in its tracks. I have now switched to Microsoft Windows VPN through my Microsoft account. While Microsoft limits the amount of usage per month considerably more; at least it works. Bitdefender does change your IP address but that is of no use if NOTHING goes through. I did some checking on the Internet, without Bitdefender VPN turned on of course, many many people are having the same problem. IOS 17.4.1 and Windows 11 Pro For a positive, Bitdefender Security on both my iPhone and PC works fantastic!
