BIXI

App is very buggy. Renting only works on every 10th attempt, I get “payment in progress” errors a lot and every click is super slow.

Cannot cancel subscriptions through the app, so steals money if you're not careful

This app works about 30% of the time. If you need to get somewhere, never rely on bixi at a station working.

WHAT ARE YOU THINKING ABOUT ?? Do you know how many tourist from outside Canada visits the country ? Every similar on-street bike rental in Europe and Asia accepts any phone number or do not require one

The app appears to use around 4MB of mobile data every time it’s opened. Perhaps the maps are not being cached? We discovered that the app was using around 500MB a month for basic use, which is a huge chunk out of a limited phone plan here in Montreal.

Took £63:10 out of my account on the first attempt to get the stupid thing to work. Unreliable and confusing. I’m still waiting for a refund.

Love the stats that come with it. Super easy to use and really straight forward. Love the functionality.

J’ai l’impression que ce n’est pas toutes les stations qui sont sur la map… est-ce que c’est la transition vers le mode Bixi d’hiver?
