Where is the English language?
Awful experience
We had booked a car for 2 people for a ride from Huelva to Seville (Spain). The ride was booked for 27/04/2023, 8:30 a.m. At 6:43 a.m the driver named Israel (car opel Astra) sent me a message in Spanish to ask me where we would meet. I replied in English but he said that he doesn’t speak English. So I had to use translator in order to communicate with him. Either way, I asked him if we could meet at an address close to my house and he said it was impossible. So I asked him what was convenient for him and he gave me an address half an hour away from my house by public transport. The time was 8 o’ clock and we were waiting at the bus station for the bus, in order to go to the address he gave me, but the bus was late so I told him that we might would be late maximum 10 minutes. He replied that he can’t wait for us. Finally we arrived there exactly at 8:32 a.m. and he didn’t appear. I sent him several messages but he didn’t respond anything.
iOS
App in iOS is tragic, it doesn’t support language options. For example I live in Belgrade and I need English, if you then choose UK so you have the language you lose all the rides from Serbia..
