Did not ride but I have paid.
I used to like Blabla car but when I ask for my unused ride which I paid, they did not give me a refund. Plus the driver was not communicating to me. They did not block the driver.

Pick up points not accessible customer service not very helpful
Pick up points are not reviewed by the app, some pickup points are literally in a speedway, where it is impossible to get to by commute!! Customer service also are very rude and always says about refund policy(which they give 50% to the driver) very unprofessional and unfair!

Cekam odobrebje rezervacije 4 sata da bih bio odbijen. U meduvremenu propustim sve druge prijevoze.

Świetna aplikacja
Jestem wieloletnim użytkownikiem BlaBlaCar i obserwuje jego rozwój. Jedynym minusem aplikacji jest jej algorytm narzucający ceny za przejazd.
Très bien mais
L’obligation de commentaire serait un plus. Je refuserais a l’avenir les candidats ne laissant pas de commentaires.
