Нет возможности связаться с поддержкой внутри приложения, чтобы сообщить о проблеме или обратиться за помощью нужно переходить на сайт и изучать очень много ненужного текста Приложение специально замедляется при общении с водителями, что очень мешает, если нужно договориться о поездки или уточнить вопрос до брони, это будет сделать практически невозможно, так как приложение выдает ошибку либо специально замедляет работу сайта, максимально топорное и неудобное приложение с хорошим дизайном

Ужасный сервис
Ужасный сервис, скатился до неузнаваемости, каждое планирование поездки сопровождается стрессом. Во первых , ожидание подтверждения бронирования очень долгое от водителя, во вторых большая комиссия за бронирование, в третьих очень много фейковых каких то поездок, которых а самом деле не существует.

К создателям идеи BlaBlaCar низкий поклон, большое спасибо. В данный момент, на мой взгляд, существует одна большая проблема: «Необходимо что-то придумать, как вывезти из системы водителей (мошенников) своими ложными предложениями о перевозке и предварительной безналичной оплатой за поездки, а то слишком сильно засоряют эфир!»
