Приложение считает, что раз в настройках телефона русский язык, то путешествовать нужно только по России. На заметку разработчикам: русский язык не имеет границ, в отличие от самой рф

Inconvenient app, ride cancelled the very last moment

The app itself is inconvenient, because it does not allow to set a different language of the interface other than the language of the selected country. I wanted to use the app in Germany, and the interface of the app was only in German and no way you could change it to another language. Now about the service itself. I had a ride booked. But the driver, who had in his profile that he had never cancelled a ride, cancelled my ride 3 hours before the scheduled trip. Which caused a havoc. The customer service promised me a full refund, but they of course will not cover the incurred cost of the last moment cancellation. So in overall, the app’s interface is not user-friendly, and the service itself is not good, as it can cause change of itinerary the very last moment
