Didn't receieve confirmation and voucher cannot be used
We want to change the departure point so we follow the help center instruction to cancel the booking and make new one. Doing that give us refund voucher to make new booking. But we have hard time to apply the voucher (we use poundsterling but voucher must use euro). So we make booking in euro currency, apply the voucher, and after we pay the exceed amount for new booking, they dont give us any booking/payment confimation. We try to make another booking since we didnt receieve confirmation for one hour and we are no longer can use the voucher. This process is really painful for user experience.
