I booked a car from Antwerp to Paris on 21 July and driver accepted the ride and our money deducted and then driver disappeared not taking the calls nor responding on sms then when we made complain to refund our money he denied and still our Money is not back… Even Bla Bla management is not responding on refund … Very worst for tourists …

How to change the language

the app keeps bugging and when I used my phone number during the registration process, I did not receive the code despite multiple attempts. and I could not confirm my email address using the link sent to me, when I click on “confirm your email” it goes to another page and then it stuck there

This stupid app developer thinking they are geniuses to provide multi language but deliberately forces you to uninstall the app to change language. If you are reading this message dev, learn about accessibility and basic needs of user first.

Faire les démarches pour avoir la prime en mai pour au final qu’elle soit annulée 2 mois après une fois les trajets effectués

Déçue par des informations contradictoires, difficultés pour les réservations remontées faites par les usagers que j’ai transportés ou non. Mode communication pas très explicite.

L’appli diminue systématiquement vos tarifs lorsque vous êtes conducteur. Des voyageurs peuvent réserver en payant moins que ce que le conducteur demande. Seuls les tarifs prélevés par Blablacar ne sont pas dans l’esprit covoiturage tant vantés parle site… à méditer
