Awesome and easy to use

البنك له تاريخ عظيم ، ولم افتح حساب في اي بنك آخر داخل مصر منذ ان قمت بفتح أول حساب لي في بنك مصر فرع الدقي آواخر الثمانينات ، عتابي فقط علي البيروقراطية التي تعقد بعض الأمور البسيطة ، وهناك بعض الأمور التي يمكن تلافيها ببساطة شكرا بنك مصر

Application به الكثير من المشاكل ويغلق لوحده وعندما تقدم طلب لعمل كارت عن طريقه يخبروك ان ليس هناك طلب موجود منتهي العبث

ما زال مشكله رقم تلتليفون المسجل لدي البنك مشكله للمقيمين في الخارج حيث سارو البنك برقم مصري لاجراء عمليه التحويل والرقم دائما بيسقط مننا لعدم الاستخدام لمده ٣ شهور نرجو من البنك اصلاح هذا الخطاء من حق العميل ادراج رقمه في الخارج ويتحمل المصاريف ان لزم الامر شكرا

Overall the app is great. The problem is that it doesn't allow me to login using face id or using password managers. Each time I want to login I have to manually enter my username and password. My password is complex so it's a pain in the *** to login into my account. Also sessions expire very quickly which makes it even harder. Please add the ability to login using Face ID or at least allow to login using password managers like OnePassword or Bitwarden or others....

We need to add transfer from foreign currency accounts to Egyptian currency accounts according to the official rate ♥️ it will be awesome

App Requires FaceID otherwise great app.

The appointment was booked, and when I entered the phone number at the bank to confirm the reservation, it did not appear that there were reservations with this number. I had the reservation number with my phone number, but I could not find my reservation at the bank.
