Great app but missing features
The app is excellent, but it isn't delightful that it's not supporting face ID or auto-fill password. It's tough to remember the password every time I log in.

3. Insert your card details like Pin/Expiry.
4. Insert the OTP (One Time Password) that will be sent to you via SMS on your registered mobile number or email address.
5. Key in a valid user id and password and you are now connected to your Bank.

New update
New release is not compatible with old iOS for iPhone 6 There should be older releases available that are compatible with iPhone 6 My rating for this app is very very poor because it is not working.

iPhone 6 Plus can’t download your new updates, therefore application is fully suspended. Thanks for the convenience.
Sophisticated
It’s good to be more and more secure but not so much sophisticated I had to use a strange user name that I can’t ever remember because your app didn’t accept any of my reasonable use names 😤

Add ability to fill passwords with a password manager
A recent update removed the ability to fill passwords using a password manager and has made an otherwise great app impossible to use, unless I change my password to one that is easier to type - which reduces security. We already can’t paste anything on the app, now I can’t use a password manager to log in, what’s going on Banque Misr?
Poor response and keeps quitting
This updated version is disastrous. Ever since it came out, it stopped opening. I hope someone will find a proper fix to this issue.
