Avoid the headache and pay extra. I’ve spent hours with customer service over this. Imessage doesn’t work. Apparently noone from home can text me via data. Cant call. In the uk for those thinking of it. Customer service dont seem to speak english very well.
eSIM works nice in European countries. However, it fails when you are in USA. My eSIM did not work in the USA and they do not provide any customer service number to call if there is a problem. Luckily I had downloaded Google maps on my phone which help me navigate. I have been not able to use my navigation at all. They also made it so confusing to use like remove the primary and add secondary, and then no proper instructions given that to any person understands.
Incomprehensible and does not keep information up to date.
Morale ? Ne faites pas comme moi !
Ive been using bnesim for over a year, both voice and data in uk and usa and europe. It mostly works well, and their support is excellent. However it is impossible to text people in the uk because bne doesnt set correct caller id for texts, and they get blocked.
I used BNE eSIM for two years. Very reliable and low cost. Will keep on use it whenever I am travelling.
I frequently travel across the border for quick trips and it has come in handy when I need quick access to the internet while I’m abroad. The best part is the amount of data I bought does not expire unlike most other companies which expires at the end of the day/week/month.
Used this eSIM in Switzerland after being completely frustrated by Airlo, which was not working for us. This one worked automatically and seamlessly on our phone. Also love that the remaining data does not expire.
The software app won’t work with the eSIM. Use Airlo instead: much easy interface.
