I have a receipt for my purchase but nothing more. No help/chatline - very frustrating

Used them two time unfortunately! Both time paid but never got the service. Good for them scamming many people with no consequences

Difficult to use

Very confusing and not easy to use Says one thing trying to get help takes ages. Not easy. I would avoid

Game changer for non expiry

Started to use this with regular trips to Turkey what ever I leave can turn back on when back in Turkey result cheap as well

Doesn't work

Bought an esim to use in Asia. Have sent countless live chat messages and emails and the esim doesn't work. Such a shame because the concept is great and would be great if it worked but it doesn't so I wouldn't waste your money on buying one.

Worst E sim ever

Zero 4G in Singapore, constantly crashes, app so slow. Please please do yourself a favour and use another
