This is one of the best things I have ever done for myself and for my family! I could go on about the benefits of taking this challenge for a very long time (as my kids would attest to) so I’ll try to keep it brief. The program is so well thought out, every detail is covered from diet, to warm up exercises, to exercise modifications if/when needed. The program is challenging, but so we’ll structured to a healthy and progressive body transformation that the pacing feels perfect, basically, you feel like you are in good hands, and you are! There is an active, supportive community who respond very quickly and kindly to questions along the way. I was nervous to take this on because I started as unfit, and as someone who was completely new to this type of exercise, and I can honestly say that I have LOVED every moment of it! I also have quite a few food sensitivities, so I was a bit concerned about handing over control of my diet to a food plan, however, the anti inflammatory option provided in this challenge was absolutely perfect and as I have moved through the program I have found myself able to easily digest foods that were a problem for me previously. I could write a whole review just on the positive changes in my relationship with myself regarding my body, but it’s enough to say that I feel at one with and aligned my body for the first time in my life. I’m a survivor of childhood abuse, so my relationship with my body has been a life long journey and this program has had a massive positive impact on that. Im not one to rave about things, or even to write reviews, but this challenge has had a huge positive impact on me, and I hope it could do the same for many others.

Currently doing the 8 week transformation. It’s a tough program but it does work. I can see the results of my hard work and I’m only half way through.
