Poor performance
The performance problems need urgent attention. How hard can it be to fix? All other apps seem to be coping well
Terrible
This is a terrible app. Crashes, slow, and generally does not work…
Very slow
Very slow and not responding, requires major improvement
Disgrace
This app is a disgrace and is a waste of space. Look no different from the web UI and takes more time to launch and load
Face ID stopped working
The Face ID stopped working a while back and still does not work after the latest update (May 31).
App is awful
Constantly hangs in 3-5 seconds after logging it. It doesn’t look like the company or the developer cares at it has been like this for a very long time. Even outside of the app hanging issues, it is an awful app. I wish my company used another platform for their employee stock scheme.
Worst app you’ll ever use
Genuinely the worst app I have ever used. The UX is so poor that you cannot perform basic tasks, which in my case led to significant financial loss. Call them instead.
Only one star because I can’t go lower!
Shockingly terrible. I only hope the way they handle my investment compensates for this horrible non-app.
Horrible user experience
It is a web embedded badly in an app frame :(
