画像の拡大縮少機能が使いづらすぎる。 そんな状態では話にならない。😁😁😁

Can’t figure out how the app works and there’s some text that is cut off at the top that might be helpful for me to figure it out but I don’t know. The search feature seems to only show downloaded books but I have no idea how to download a book and the help guide seems to start from you already having a book downloaded.

I want to delete my account but there was no “delete account” link in my account page (neither on the app nor on the web). “Contact” page is disabled. Please help… 退会(アカウント削除)したいのに、削除ボタンがどこにもなく、カスタマーサポートページやコンタクト情報が機能しておらず困っています。 退会方法教えてもらえましたら評価レート変えるので、宜しくお願いします。

There is no space to type the Code hence no way to download what I bought. There is no instruction about this, hence this is the app to experience uselessness.

文章のどこからどこまでが何ページに含まれているのかわかりません。kindleでは、コピーをすると何ページかは表示されるのですが、こちらはまったく。。かなり後悔しています。

講義用の資料をダウンロードして、ペンで書き込みながら使っていましたが、テスト前に見返そうとしたところ、メモが全て消えまいした。こうしたアプリでは致命的な欠陥だと思います。

ある単語だけをハイライトしたくても、周りの複数の文字もハイライトされてしまう。ブラウザ版では起きないのでデータには問題無いと思う。 Kindleのように、文字を選択したら辞書を自動検索して表示する機能が欲しい。

There are some problem i m not really sure this problem is only in my book or not . 1. Font size is not equal some page appear small font (p14) Some page appear large font size (even if i set it middle ) 2. Scrolling motion is really bad every single time when i scroll down the page it goes to nest page Result you need to fix it asap please~
