I’ve had booksy since launching and for the last few months I can’t send my clients messages or inform them of openings available and price changes. I loose money and yet booksy takes full payment every month. Really frustrating and unfulfilling promises!

This is an expensive app and does not have the support to back it up! Iam very annoyed. There is an important message that i need to het through to my client base and cannot do so

Horrifying customer care

As a business owner this app three years ago was brilliant in comparison to today - you can’t have a client card on file so you can protect yourself from no shows there are endless issues messaging clients via the app - this platform charges for their service but their service is worse than free apps
