My issue: My Staff members weekly pay cannot be automatically generated. (service commission)+(product commission)+(tip)= (weekly pay) Generating staffs weekly/bi weekly/ monthly pay should be a basic feature. It’s very annoying that I am using a CRM that can’t add this very simple logical query. Although they do provide all the numbers required to calculate my staffs pay, as my business has grown it has taken more time out of my week + added room for error. I dream of the pay day where I can easily see my staff members name with what I need to pay them as opposed to spending 30mins of my time a weekly to do the calculations. Time is money and this should be their top priority. Very hard to scale a business worrying about things booksy could simply fix. No pre payment in Canada is annoying to

Just the worst. I signed up for Genbook and got sold to booksy and have hated it since day 1.
Hard to use
People are complaining because it’s hard now to book thro Google , thru Google some people don’t like to great account , just quick book . Now, everybody have to great a Booksy account in order to book for service. Try to talk to support customer . Can’t help it .

Customers love it! One small qualm is that the schedule doesn’t always follow my hours of availability.
