I scanned the QR code in your store and instead of opening the app, it took me to the App Store… it’s an Appsflyer link, of course it will not work!! Why do companies not realise that onelinks dont work properly and only Branch links work ALL the time?

App lacks an utterly basic & simple feature - to be able to add your member card to Apple wallet. To make things worse, opening the app to get the card there frequently is slow or fails to load. Seems like it downloads each time and doesn’t even keep a local copy. I have often had to give up at the store till and not bothered.

Delivery Service is not good enough also have to pay return postage.

I got told if I signed up I’get £10 off of my first order but the coupon isn’t showing up

Absolutely my favourite store - excellent quality and love the styles, especially the items with built in bras - such an inspiration and no ugly bra straps in view. Can’t go in store or online without purchasing something. Please open more stores in Uk.

i bought the dress last week in Edinburgh iland it was really nice, the price is acceptable bcz the quality is really good!

I find the app hard to navigate, the main app screen is more focussed on finding the closest stores. When searching for the clothes, the app takes you to a website, and when saving clothes hard to find this. I would it to be easier to shop online and add to my wish list

Love the brand, the clothes are incredible but gosh the app has a long way to go compare to other retailers with one. The app freezes Vouchers don’t go through on self checkout tills And there is no receipt option. The app just shows you what you got but there is no actual prove of purchase etc. I never realised until I had to return something only to find the app stores no such information and I was stuck with items I couldn’t return. Definitely needs improvements and a few tweaks.

The app logs you out constantly, for example I placed an order and only realised afterwards that I had been logged out, so there is no record of the order on my account. Also I signed up for the mailing list AFTER I’d placed the order so missed the note saying £10 for first order. All in all frustrating
