Every year my family in Mildura have a cold can of Fosters in memory of the passing of our Pa, today was 17 years and I couldn’t find Fosters anywhere in Melbourne! Found this app and ordered a 6 pack at like 1-2pm and they had it to me by 6:30pm. Unreal!! Thanks for helping me out there, love it. Cheers

Can’t add anything to cart when there is an ongoing app-only promotion. Otherwise it used to work fine during other times. Need to take in to account app loading prior to initiating app-only promotions

The app is just as bad as the website - can’t checkout and support cuts off if you leave the app to try their way around the problem.

BoozeBud is amazing for buying amazing craft beers at great prices. Unfortunately their customer service is a little underwhelming. I had ordered over $230 worth of craft beer with same day delivery. Delivery shows up over two days late. Emails between customer service were a little disappointing, the generic copy & paste responses you normally see. They said they would get in touch with me once they had an update on the ETA on my order, but I heard nothing back even after my order had been delivered. Try BoozeBud out. It’s a great service but beware of opting for same day delivery (StarTrack). You’re left holding you’re breath waiting to see if it will be delivered or not.

Used the website for the first order and that’s really clunky, the apps better, having a Wishlist type of function would be really handy, I also had to sign into the app multiple times so yeah could be improved but ordered twice and everything arrived quickly and easily, this is my new favourite app

While the APP is great and easy to use, between BoozeBud and StarTrack as their couriers they have been incapable of delivering in the time periods requested as promised. They have little customer service and care little as to whether your purchase gets to you or if they provide you with the level of service they should - and could.

First time I bought from Booze bud freight free to my place. Cheap prices and great deal with the free freight. Then I had to pay freight for my next order. $25.00 per carton!! I’d ordered 4 so that was ridiculous. Gave up on them. Then a few months later, I got an email and a text saying free delivery, I’m thinking bewdy, back to cheap prices. Alas, free delivery was only to certain places, even though the offer said free delivery. I challenged them to no avail. I told them whoever their freight company is, they were ripping them off big time. Reading the reviews on this app I find Auspost is their freight company. No wonder they are dear. Just got another text offering free freight. I won’t even look at the deal total discrimination.

I press “Cart” and I’m met with a never-ending blank screen.

Ordered Sunday thinking it’d take a week. Arrived Tuesday. I’m extremely happy.
