I bought a bike for 40,000 kr, I have an Apple Watch Ultra and Nyon can't connect to the Apple Watch. When will you fix it?

There is often problems syncing data and the device needs to be turned on and off 3-4 times before it will sync. Also the map from the route is almost always unavailable. And the data on the “home page” is often incorrect regarding total distance, app states one thing and device something else. And Distance this/previous month is also often incorrect. I have used the app for 6 months (2000 km), and I wish It worked a bit more like my Garmin app

Suddenly the ride became much more interesting, now that it is possible to monitor speed, altitude and a lot of other things. The lock function makes so much sense! A wish could be that the bike could "show" that it is locked and therefore useless to a potential thief.

Det er kun muligt at sætte 10 punkter når en ruter skal planlægges. Når jeg så ønsker at lægge en rute på en stille cykelsti bliver navigation ved med at andre ruten til en mere befærdet vej eller cykelsti. Dette medføre st systemet ikke er anvendeligt. Jeg må desværre gøre opmærksom på at garmins. Fungere 100% perfekt. Så BOSCH i kan gøre det bedre. Jeg har rettet henvendelse i jeres service center men der var ingen hjælp at hente så jeg ser frem til en ny udvikling hos jer Venlig Hilsen Per Hansen.

I did get the app to work but I’m using computers everyday. I see give many have fallen short of getting this app to function properly with the eBike or Bosch Nyon. The biggest problem I have with the app is the Bosch Nyon bicycle navigation keeps navigating me to roads I’m not even allowed to cycle on... and constantly wants me to take the “dum rute” rather than the rute every cyclist would take. It like it only can navigate if there is a big road besides the bicycle lane.. so basically functioning like a broken gps... my phone take way, way natter routes than this 500$ navigation equipment.. - my advise: make the navigation accurately by loading all the bike roads and not the “open car roads”....

Tried 4-5 times using my email. Then deleted app and installed again. Still doesn’t work.

Bosch bietet über die eBike Connect App Routenplanung an, die direkt auf das Kiox übertragen wird. Dabei sind Wege in die Kategorien schnell, schön und Mountainbike gruppiert. Leider ist das Kartenmaterial stark veraltet und nutzlos. Am Wochenende musste ich erneut die Erfahrung machen. Wege Enden im nichts, sind unbefahrbar oder gesperrt. Routenvorschläge sind unsinnig. Bitte an den Hersteller für den Preis des Kiox auch angemessene Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit bei Karten bereitzustellen!
