With the eBike Connect app, you can customise your eBike experience: connected, individual and interactive. Connect your Nyon or Kiox via Bluetooth with your smartphone and flexibly plan your routes, use the navigation via your display, track your activities or protect your eBike from theft with the premium function eBike Lock. The eBike Connect app offers you many helpful functions for your eBike with the Bosch eBike system 2.
Please note: This app can only be used for eBikes with Bosch drive units and Nyon or Kiox on-board computers with Bosch eBike system 2.
Route planning and navigation
Use the flexible route planning and navigation of eBike Connect. You can conveniently plan your rides and customise, import or share routes. If you synchronise with Komoot and Outdooractive, you can discover even more exciting routes. In addition, eBike Connect app suggests your routes that fit your preferences and mood (fast, scenic or eMountainbike). If you start your planned route in the app, it will be transmitted to your display or on-board computer.
Activities and fitness
From distance and duration to calories burned: view and evaluate all details of your eBike rides. Connect the eBike Connect app with Apple Health, Komoot or Strava and your activities are automatically synchronised. As an Apple Watch user, you can train even more effectively by tracking your heart rate while riding.

In the settings, you can customise your display screens or link eBike Connect with Komoot, Strava or Apple Health.
Premium functions for more security and personalisation
- With eBike Lock, you can park your eBike in a more relaxed way: The premium function offers additional protection against thieves. As soon as you disconnect the on-board computer, the eBike's drive unit no longer provides support, deterring thieves.
- With the premium function "Individual riding modes", you can personalise your Bosch eBike and set the drive unit’s support individually.
- Based on topographical conditions and the selected support level, the eBike Connect app calculates your remaining range.
Usability information: The premium function eBike Lock in conjunction with the Kiox or Nyon display is compatible with the following Bosch drive units from the Bosch eBike system 2: Bosch Active Line, Active Line Plus from model year 2018 onward, Performance Line, Performance Line Speed and Performance Line CX as well as the Cargo Line from model year 2020.
Il serait très intéressant de pouvoir utiliser le Nyon et/ou l’application pour transmettre au moteur les mises à jour firmware via OTA update . En ce moment, il faut se rendre chez un revendeur pour la génération 3 du moteur Bosch Performance qui équipe la majorité des vélos communs hybrides. La connexion étant déjà possible via l’application, ce n’est que du code à ajouter et ça éviterait des pertes de temps et des dépenses inutiles si il n’y a pas de message d’erreur. Tant qu’à faire, pourquoi pas le BMS de la ou des batteries et l’afficheur/ contrôleur en même temps.

Mon Nyon (BUI350) n’utilise que le clavier Azerty en français. Alors qu’au Québec on utilise un clavier Qwerty en français. Est-ce possible de pouvoir le paramétrer correctement?

Not syncing
I managed to sync my 2 first rides and now nothing. There supposedly was an issue with the App a few days ago but even though supposedly now resolved, my rides are not syncing to the App. Useless!!
Connect to apple health
Still waiting for the connection since your new app FLOW is connected to apple health. I was surprise that my Nyon could not connect to the new app.
Finaly the update transfer some data to apple Health. Good.
Still waiting for apple watch to be use as a hearthrate monitor. Echelon just did it. The use a apple watch app.
Great app - can it display KM?
Hello, revising my review. I cannot find the user portal or anything similar in the app. I can set it to km on the kiosk but there is no option in the app. Can you share a screen grab or something that shows where to set unit’s to KM in the app?
Cannot use with Purion system. Bizarre, non compatible avec l’écran Purion
I use this app with the Kiox emtb (cx motor). Ascents do not register. Some daily rides do not register. Data with heart rate is not possible with an iwatch. Turn by turn navigation is not possible. Connection with Strava or some other apps is not possible. I cannot rely on data to be accurate.
I use the Kiox and controller however this app is unreliable. I hope that future upgrades will fix or address these issues. I would like to purchase the lock feature but i cannot rely on this to be accurate. The technology of this app is beyond the skill of my local bike shop. There is not enough information out there about this app or the Kiox computer.
Reply; thank you for the clarification on some issues. I would like connect this app with the Kiox computer without having to delete, reinstall, sign in/out and repeat this process several times before I ride.
How do I gather ascent/descent data? How do I direct the data into correct days rather than have multiple rides on a single day?

February 14. Still not connecting. Very little help. This app is useless and the information from the Kiox computer is non existent.
February 21. Bosch is replacing the computer. App works well on other computers. Unable to firmware update therefore app would not connect.
