Works well on desktop but..
I can’t login using my Google account from ios
Getting bad to worse
I started using BOX for almost 8 years. Initially it was great, I can open files as "make available offline". However, nowadays files takes either very long to save as "make available offline" or cannot save at all. Even if its saved, it cannot open without internet. I have giving feedback for this bug or glitch, no response from the developer, I think its time to go back to Dropbox instead of using this app which makes my blood boil.

No support for editing on iPadOS
Please provide support to edit on iPadOS
Offline function hardly works
A couple of gb offline folders took hrs to download, met with unknown errors and most of the downloaded portion were gone and have to re-download and the cycle kept repeating.

Keeps crashing
Great app but needs improvement
Great app works very well but adding multiple docs from phone takes a lot of time. The app by default opens in the top folder rather than last open folder and if one has multiple email attachments to upload from email, it’s a very time consuming exercise. Secondly, the app doesn’t allow attachment to be added to an email easily. It always provide a link- which is not always useful. Sometimes you have no choice but to send docs as attachments but box makes it very difficult I hope team fixes these issues as its a very stable app otherwise
Feature request
Please allow us to upload files with the same name. would be great if that happens, the app could save it as img.jpg-2 or img.jpg copy 2 or something like that?
Best cloud and collaboration storage
Ever since I get my hand on this app, can’t get it off, has been recommended to many of peers and suppliers, and prompt to use it as it is much convenient for file sharing and collaborating. Pls keep up the good work!
